The selection of PVC flooring products should be based on local conditions. For example, the size of the product should be determined according to the space of the house and the size of the place of use. At the same time, it should be noted that the pattern should be different for different places of use. For example, in places that need to be kept clean, products with embossed effects cannot be selected; in solemn places, products with bright and messy colors should not be selected.
1. Specifications and dimensions
The width of the roll floor is 1800mm and 2000mm; the total thickness (referring to the three parts of the base material, the middle layer and the surface wear-resistant layer) is divided into two sizes of 1mm and 2mm; the length of each roll of PVC flooring is 20m and 30m. Other specifications and dimensions can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
Due to production requirements, each roll of PVC flooring is divided into several sections (the pattern between each two sections is misaligned), so a roll of PVC flooring with sections should indicate the length of the small section, and the length of the roll of PVC flooring should be at least increased by 20cm (that is, not less than two complete patterns). Generally, superior products can only have one section, and the number of sections per roll of first-class products and qualified products shall not exceed 2 sections; the length of each section of first-class products shall not be less than 6m, and the length of each section of qualified products shall not be less than 4m.
2. Appearance quality
When checking the appearance quality of plastic PVC floor leather, it should be inspected under scattered sunlight or fluorescent lamps,
the illumination is (100 ± 20) lx, 1m away from the sample to be inspected, and oblique visual inspection. First, observe whether there are cracks, breaks and delamination on the surface of the PVC floor leather. If there are, it can be judged that the PVC floor leather is unqualified.
The second step is to observe whether there are wrinkle marks, bubble contamination points and pattern deformation. If there are no wrinkle marks, bubble contamination points and pattern deformation, it is superior and first-class products; if there are slight and inconspicuous patterns, it is qualified.
The third step is to observe whether there are missing patterns on the surface of the PVC floor leather, and whether there are defects in the transparent wear-resistant film layer on the surface. If there are no missing patterns or missing films, it is a qualified product, otherwise it is a unqualified product.
Finally, carefully check whether there is any deviation when the surface is overprinted in multiple colors, whether there is any color difference in different parts, whether the superior product is uneven and has the above two defects, the first-class product has the above defects but is not obvious, and the product with obvious defects but does not affect the overall appearance is determined as a qualified product. Finally, the appearance quality of the PVC floor leather is determined by combining the above judgments.
3. Marking
Plastic coil flooring should roll the wear-resistant layer outward on the tube core and should be packaged. The product name, manufacturer name, product mark, grade, batch number, quality, and length should be marked in a conspicuous place on each roll of packaging. In addition to the above three items that can be directly judged by sensory perception, physical properties should also be paid attention to when purchasing PVC floor leather to ensure its service life.
4. Quality
4.1 Smell: Does the product have a stimulating chemical smell? A strong smell is likely to be a limit of harmful substances exceeded or the surface printing layer of the PVC floor leather releases toxic gases.
4.2 Check: Is the thickness of the PVC floor leather full? Are there any delamination phenomena in the bottom foaming layer, printing layer and wear-resistant layer? Is there any bottom layer? Is the thickness of the bottom layer as thin as a cicada's wing? Is the back of the PVC floor leather black?
4.3 Test: For thinner PVC floor leather, you can tear it by hand. If it can be easily torn off, the tear strength of such PVC floor leather cannot meet the requirements. After gently rolling up and pressing down the PVC floor leather, if it cannot be restored to its original state and leaves an indentation, the softness of such a product is poor. If the layers can be torn apart by hand, it means that the interlayer bonding of such a product is not good, and delamination will soon appear in future use.
