When purchasing PVC flooring, you can smell whether there is a pungent chemical smell. If the smell is strong, it may be that the toxic and harmful gases exceed the standard, or the surface of the PVC flooring is brushed, emitting toxic and harmful gases. Such PVC flooring is usually of poor quality and price, so don't buy it.
Next, check whether the thickness of the PVC flooring is sufficient, check whether the foaming layer, printing layer, and wear-resistant layer of the bottom layer are delaminated, observe the thickness of the bottom layer, and check whether the back of the PVC flooring is black.
For those thinner PVC floorings, you can tear them by hand. If they can be easily torn, it means that the strength of the PVC flooring is not enough; gently roll up the PVC flooring and press it down. If it cannot be restored to its original shape and there is an indentation, it means that the flexibility of the PVC flooring is poor, so it is best not to buy it.
