I. Raw material selection and preparation
The raw materials of MESH AIR mainly include polyester chips, glass fiber, polypropylene fiber, etc. Before production, the raw materials need to be strictly screened and inspected to ensure that their quality meets the production requirements. At the same time, according to the different uses and performance requirements of the products, select suitable raw materials for matching and mixing to achieve the best process effect.
II. Melt extrusion
The screened raw materials are sent to the melt extruder, and the raw materials are melted into a melt with a certain viscosity through the action of high temperature and high pressure. In this process, the temperature and pressure of the extruder need to be controlled to ensure the quality and stability of the melt.
III. Fiber molding
After the melt passes through the extruder, it enters the fiber molding stage. During the molding process, the melt forms fibers through the spinneret, and then through cooling, stretching and other process steps, the fibers have a certain strength and stability. The quality of fiber molding directly affects the performance and appearance of the MESH AIR.
IV. Mesh weaving
After the fibers are formed, they enter the mesh weaving stage. At this stage, the fibers are interwoven according to certain rules and angles through a weaving machine to form the basic structure of the MESH AIR. During the weaving process, the speed and tension of the weaving machine need to be controlled to ensure the size accuracy and flatness of the MESH AIR.
