MESH AIR is a composite fabric with a three-layer structure formed by a special weaving process. The middle layer is a breathable mesh fiber, and the inner and outer layers are high-count cotton or polyester. This structure can lock in still air and achieve the dual effects of "breathable + warmth", which is comparable to the lightness of down but at a lower cost (about 1/3 of down). According to the data of the China Textile Association in 2023, the penetration rate of MESH AIRs in sportswear and household goods has reached 27%, with an annual growth rate of more than 15%.
Its core advantages include:
1. Temperature regulation: The air circulation of the middle layer can reach 3 times that of ordinary fabrics (test standard: GB/T 11048-2018), keeping warm in winter and sweating in summer;
