Solamni leather  Introducing Our EVA composite nonwoven insole board is a laminated structural component consisting of a cellulose fiber nonwoven base bonded to an EVA foam layer via heat compression. The nonwoven layer provides dimensional stability and stitch-tear resistance, while the closed-cell EVA layer (density 0.91–0.93 g/cm³) delivers shock absorption and moisture resistance. Solamni supplies this composite in custom thicknesses (0.4mm–3.0mm EVA layer) and sheet sizes (1.0m × 1.5m standard), with REACH compliance and SATRA/ISO test documentation for footwear OEMs worldwide.

Solamni manufactures TPU lamination film via precision calender extrusion lines with closed-loop thickness control. Each production batch undergoes the following validation protocols:

Dimensional & Visual Inspection:

Thickness is measured at 10 points per linear meter using a digital micrometer (±0.01mm accuracy). Batch acceptance requires ≥98% of readings within specified tolerance.

Film surface is inspected for pinholes, fisheyes, and contamination under transmitted light. Width is verified with electronic edge-guide sensors.

Mechanical & Adhesion Performance:

Peel Strength: Laminated specimens (TPU film bonded to polyester/cotton fabric) are tested on a UTM at 100mm/min per ISO 2411. Minimum acceptance: 8 N/mm. Bonding parameters: 120°C–140°C, 3kg pressure, 15 seconds dwell time.

Tensile & Elongation: Film samples are pulled at 200mm/min per ASTM D412. Acceptance: tensile strength ≥30MPa, elongation ≥300%.

Flex Fatigue: Laminated composites undergo 50,000 dynamic flex cycles on a Bally flexometer at -20°C. Zero delamination or cracking required.

Waterproof & Breathability Validation:
