The nonwoven layer provides dimensional stability and stitch-tear resistance, while the closed-cell EVA layer (density 0.91–0.93 g/cm³) delivers shock absorption and moisture resistance. Quality Control & Testing Standards

Physical & Dimensional Verification:
Incoming cellulose fiber sheets and EVA rolls are tested for GSM consistency (±3% tolerance) and thickness uniformity. Laminated composite thickness is verified using a digital micrometer at 10 points per sheet-acceptance tolerance ±0.1mm. Density is measured per ISO 845; acceptance: 0.12 g/cm³ ±5%.

Mechanical Performance Testing:

Tensile & Tear Strength: A universal tensile tester (UTM) pulls samples at 200 mm/min per ISO 20876. Minimum acceptance: tensile strength ≥2 MPa, tear strength ≥8 N/mm.

Stiffness Measurement: Longitudinal stiffness is measured per SATRA TM10 (three-point bending test) and backpart stiffness per SATRA TM59.
